Job Description

1. Project management (local & global)
2. Build up relationship with other cross functions and colleagues from other Countries via phone, emails and in person.
3. Vendor management (liaising with vendor, technical feedback, checking after sales service and preparing SLA)
4. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
5. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
6. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
7. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
8. Setting up accounts for Joiner, Mover and Leaver
9. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
10. Adapting and implementation of whenever new technology and application is released as per Global Instruction
11. Assisting to accomplish BCP planning which is including IT Disaster Recovery Plan
12. Aligning with BAT’ policies, rules and regulation which is included IT security and Record Management
13. Possibly training more junior staff members
14. Providing IT awareness session to all users as per business requirement
15. Maintaining the IT Asset Inventory
16. Managing the Ticket management which is included critical incident management
17. Preparing and presenting of power point or excel or other report writing as per business requirement
18. Assisting to get involved in Yearly budget forecasting.

 

Job Requirements

1. Must have a bachelor’s degree in related field
2. Must have at least 2 years of working experience in similar position
3. Fluency in English is a must
4. Need to be proactive and motivated team member

 Job Description Purpose Statement This is a three months (short-term) contract for Sales Representative. Deliver effective and efficient implementation of all route level marketing and promotional activities, distribution KPIs, merchandising activity, trade relationship improvement activities at route level to ensure brand availability, visibility, cycle communications, image enhancement, active trade support etc. that would ultimately result in achievement of brand, volume and profit objectives of the specified routes. Key Accountabilities Achieve route level sales, availability (Numeric & assortment), service targets (coverage frequency & quality). Technical skills requirements

Must have;
●    Some development experience and a strong interest for Information Technology
●    Some
 experience designing, implementing and testing IT systems /
web-solutions. Including communication with the end-user and
understanding the end-user need / perspective
●    Knowledge of system design and architecture
●    Knowledge of at least one programming language 
●    Strong interest in learning and developing within the domain of IT
●    Experience with the Linux operating system (preferably Amazon Linux, which is based on RHEL/CentOS).
●    Some database experience. Knowledge of SQL
●    Basic hands-on knowledge of Git
●    Knowledge of what agile development / Scrum is.

Should have;

●    Experience
 with web development (php, html, css, js / jQuery - ideally with modern
 frontend frameworks like React or Angular)
●    Experience with
configuring, maintaining and monitoring AWS services, specifically EC2,
Elastic Beanstalk, Elastic Load balancer, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM etc.
●    Test planning, test scripting, test execution
●    Automated testing
●    Continuous integration / Bitbucket pipelines
●    REST services integration / experience with utilizing REST API in code.
●    Basic experience with Atlassian Bitbucket / Jira / Confluence.
