Job Description

1. Update accounts received and issue invoices
2. Write daily payment and receipt voucher with complete attached & sign.
3. Write cash book for daily transaction.
4. Must be collect and withdraw cash/cheque from bank and customer.
5. Work under the supervision of a Senior Accountant.
6. Daily and monthly report to Department Head.
7. Daily cash balance and bank balance checking.
8. Monthly stock taking.
9. Must be able to other duties assigned by department head

• Dependently carry out inspections on Generator machines and/or Generator Engines.
• Learn Generator maintenance related work using Generator service master diagnostics.
• Learn how to seek equivalent data in Generator service manual related to maintenance.
• Learn easy and common repairs and replace parts which are related to Generator machines and/or Generator Engines maintenance inspections.
• Learn carry out routine and preventative maintenance on all makes of machine, within the time frame given to the customers.
• Ensure all job cards and service sheets are completed correctly under supervision of Service Engineer.
• Learn how to order parts.
• Use and apply knowledge, training, technical and personal skills to carry out work allocated under supervision of Service Engineer.
• Learn how to care and handle appropriately that all customer and company vehicles and property, including workshop tools and equipment.
• Learn and see a professional standard when Technician is discussing work with customers and colleagues.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring the workshop and common areas are kept clean and are in order.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records.

Job Description

MANUFACTURING

• Prepare yearly budget of manufacturing & quality based on business plan and manpower planning
• Deployment of business plan to team members
• To achieve daily production target and ensure to meet customer demand
• To work with optimum manpower and ensure system compliance as per IEE standard
• Ensure harmonious work environment and safety on the shop floor
• To form Quality Circle, Kaizen, Improvement projects, TPS, CFT, KAN BAN, Lean manufacturing concept and any other relevant tools
• Production planning and Control management

QUALITY

• Ensure all quality compliances and deliver defect free product
• Interaction with the customers for any quality issue
• Ensure timely closing of quality issues
• To arrange quality system audit

TESTING & INSPECTION 

• Manage all inspection works from time to time, liaison & coordinating with inspectors to ensure smooth inspection process.
