PPC Property Service Co. Ltd was formed in October 2014 with the aim to provide high standard of Property & Facilities Management Services to our clients in Myanmar. There are currently 4 divisions of services which we are providing for our customers. The first division being Property Management which specialized in Property Management and Real Estate Agency works. The second division being the Environmental Division which specializes in Contract Cleaning to common areas for end users such as building and factory owners. The third division being our Specialist Security Division which caters premise protection and security services to any range of facilities and the fourth division being the Building & Engineering Division which specializes in Addition & Alteration Works, Renovation & Reinstatement Works as well as Building Projects & Engineering Works.
