Procure the best items, raw materials, A&P items, equipment possible, as required by the Departments. This will include the following functions: preparation of specifications, obtaining and negotiating prices, obtaining quotations and checking samples, placing orders and processing invoices.

  • Ensure that all purchased items are met to the quality, quantity according to the requirement and expectation and ensure that these arrive in time.
  • Work with the vendors to schedule shipping and purchase orders delivery time.
  • Assist Procurement - Deputy General Manager and be able to advise on internal and external issues of purchasing terms & conditions in order to reduce cost.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Age between (25 to 35) years
  • Minimum 3-years work experiences in related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement process and policy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in the development of the Human Resources Service Line.

• Recruits new staff & employee contract management.

• Maintains & prepare payroll data related to Salary, Leaves, Staff allowance etc.

Key Area of Accountability

·         Responsible for making plans of the event & organizing requirements.

·         Manage tools and ordering and production of brand communication tools,POMS (points of Sales Materials), equipment and items.

·         Working towards CIM (Customer Information Management /Competitor Information Matrix -Model) or other recognized qualification.

·         Computer literate.

·         Proficient in English is preferred.

 

Other Key Information

·         Have proper knowledge on principal of POSM, update rules & regulations of CDC (City Development Committee) on branding, billboard, signage, show & events, etc.
