Job Description

- Performs routine business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining.

- Work with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements.

- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions

- Provide business data interpretation.

- Help to develop reports and analysis.

- Help to produce ad hoc data and reports.

Job Requirements

- Excellent understanding and hands-on experience in MS Power BI

- Having experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage

- MS Office Application (MS Excel), (MS PowerPoint)

- Excellent communication and presentation

- Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions

- Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes

Job Description

About the Job: Sr. Program Officer (Medical Training), reporting to Program Manager, is mainly responsible for the healthcare provider trainings (both online and offline), community contraception awareness program and SRH related campaigns and workshops. He/she will also be the technical expertise in the area of family planning and sexual reproductive health both for internal and external stakeholders, mainly for the activities including demand generation and brand awareness.

 

Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Conduct SRH trainings, both online and offline, to service providers, including GP clinics, nurses, midwives and pharmacies
  • Coordinate and work with public health department (including township, station, urban and rural health centers), respective GPs, poly clinics and private hospitals around the country
  • Develop and update regularly trained service provider database and follow up to ensure the effectiveness of the trainings
  • Prepare training reports and ensure all the training related documents are kept in systematic order
  • Conduct all the required logistics for the training programs and deal with financial expenses in accordance with the guideline set by the Finance Department
  • Collaborate with other internal departments, especially with Marketing team in order to get strategic alignment
  • Performing other related tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Medicine (Medical License is a must.)
  • Minimum 2 years of related training experience (preferable with SRH or contraceptive related training experience)
  • Good knowledge and have interest in promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH)
  • Easy to get familiar with various technology platforms, including google services and various instant messaging apps
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment
  • Understand the importance of effective communication and coordination
  • Willingness to learn, flexibility and proven record of teamwork is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Myanmar languages
  • Ability to use standard application software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and internet applications

Job Description

  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Supervise tele-sales assistants to ensure work processes and standard operating procedures are adhered to when performing work
