-Responsible for the complete hand-over to the installation, maintenance and engineering teams making sure that the information from the client is complete and correct.
-Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with contractors.
-Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services.
-Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales.
-Preparing & checking projects COGS & quotation.
-Preparing sales forecast & projects list monthly.
-Work closely with procurement & finance team.
-Preparing the Budget calculation for PO process.
-Possess positive mind-set and a team player.
Job Requirements
-Proven work experience as a sales consultant in ACMV field and strong knowledge of ACMV System.
-Have ACMV specialist network resources, have sales team management experience.
-Must have good community skill, Sales Planning, Clients Relationship, Marketing.
-Self –motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Proficiency in Advance MS Office, MS Project, Email & Internet.

Job Description
• Executes company accounting processes and financial reporting in compliance with general
accepted according principles, tax requirements and corporate guidelines, resulting in an accurate
and timely report.
• Prepares the financial data for reviewing on its correctness and completeness at every month-end
closing, by comparing to previous months and budget.
• Provides timely and accurate statutory reports and tax reporting for the companies.
• Maintains and improves company accounting system to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of
the accounting processes.
• Support and coordinates with Revenue department and external auditor.
• Proactively analyzes and interprets financial data for Finance and Accounting Manager.
• Other duties may be assigned as required
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher in; Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5years in accounting management and/or auditing.
• Experiences with ERP accounting system and processes, with knowledge of EPIC is an advantage.
• Excellent Analytical, time management, and detail oriented.
• Good command of English is required.
• Computer literacy. (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, E-mail).
