Job Description

Assists in the preparation of profit and loss statements, reports and various analyses as per required by the SLT

Drives timeliness and completion of reports from stakeholders which are relevant in the management reports and analyses

Assists in ensuring compliance of Sales and Commercial Team’s processes with company policies

Performs market research, data mining and business intelligence which will be used preparing financial analyses / cost benefit studies

Assists in providing great market insights amidst limited data sources through triangulating proxy performance measures.

Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Finance / Management related courses

-English

-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (excel, powerpoint, outlook, word)

• To check all machine sales contract & collateral contract
• To check all collateral document & related detail document
• To clear legally some overdue customer case
• If need to do, BOD assign legal case
• Directly up-to-date the legal policies of the government effecting to the Company for warning to related departments.
• To conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters of the organization
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• Maintain and Keep legal document and company data.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)/Diploma of Business Law/ Diploma of International Law
• At least 5 years' experience in excavator industry
• Must know legal advice, official capacity, government official by quality as lawyers
• Gender must be Male with over 30 years old
• Must have driving license and able to travel
• Proficient in English Language 4 Skills (Intermediate Level)
• Have effective communication skills, problem solving skills.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee all Daily operations of Finance Department.
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annually financial statements and report directly to CEO.
• Conduct outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
• Research and analyze financial reports and market trends.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Set SOP and communicate with related Department if required.
• Coordinate with other departments such as HR, Admin and Retail.
• Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• CPA/M.Com /B.Com or any other degree or equivalent qualification in Finance and Account
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and accounting management position
• Good knowledge in IFRS standards
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to represent the Company.
• Proactive and ability to work independently with good team management skills
• Good knowledge of local accounting and tax requirements
• Good command of Written and spoken English is necessary
• Strong knowledge and experience of accounting software.

• Dependently carry out inspections on Generator machines and/or Generator Engines.
• Learn Generator maintenance related work using Generator service master diagnostics.
• Learn how to seek equivalent data in Generator service manual related to maintenance.
• Learn easy and common repairs and replace parts which are related to Generator machines and/or Generator Engines maintenance inspections.
• Learn carry out routine and preventative maintenance on all makes of machine, within the time frame given to the customers.
• Ensure all job cards and service sheets are completed correctly under supervision of Service Engineer.
• Learn how to order parts.
• Use and apply knowledge, training, technical and personal skills to carry out work allocated under supervision of Service Engineer.
• Learn how to care and handle appropriately that all customer and company vehicles and property, including workshop tools and equipment.
• Learn and see a professional standard when Technician is discussing work with customers and colleagues.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring the workshop and common areas are kept clean and are in order.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records.

Primary Purpose

• To operate chiller systems
• To plan for spare parts, maintenance
  plan
• To propose remedial works plans

Key Responsibilities

• To operate daily and take responsibilities in servicing and maintenance for the whole system: chiller ,
  AHU ,VRV, 2units air-con, etc. and other technical systems in the building:
• To operate chiller system of the whole project , to ensure , maintain and work correctly, safely and economically
• To plan for spare parts and replacement materials for the whole project
• To plan for servicing and maintenance for months, years, and quarters
• To propose plans for remedial works, upgrade works, to replace broken, worn and unsuitable equipment
• To update and follow announcements, regulations, procedures and quality standards of the buildings for works
• To instruct works to new colleagues, to answer the questions related to the technical systems
• To perform other tasks given by the head of department.
