Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ product development experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Knowledge of the market and industry (Prefer on banking and fintech knowledge)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or other related
  • Strong motivation and verbal and written communication skills in Burmese and English
  • Understanding customer experience (CX), design thinking, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis are required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent business acumen to forecast future trends in the market
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory and Power BI, Miro, Figma and Tableau will be a plus
