• Executes company accounting processes and financial reporting in compliance with general
accepted according principles, tax requirements and corporate guidelines, resulting in an accurate
and timely report.
• Prepares the financial data for reviewing on its correctness and completeness at every month-end
closing, by comparing to previous months and budget.
• Provides timely and accurate statutory reports and tax reporting for the companies.
• Maintains and improves company accounting system to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of
the accounting processes.
• Support and coordinates with Revenue department and external auditor.
• Proactively analyzes and interprets financial data for Finance and Accounting Manager.
• Other duties may be assigned as required
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher in; Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5years in accounting management and/or auditing.
• Experiences with ERP accounting system and processes, with knowledge of EPIC is an advantage.
• Excellent Analytical, time management, and detail oriented.
• Good command of English is required.

- Supervise, Monitor, Coordinate & Control all daily Civil and BLDG Work to archive daily target
- Ensure all Civil and BLDG Works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, method statement, contracts, etc.
- Liaise and coordination of interfaces among internal parties, other departments and all project staff to ensure project meets end-user requirements and project approval and timely completion of the work
- Provide technical and practical advice to the sub-contractor
- Check and review all documents pertaining to inspection, drawing details requirement and progress as per schedule

- Site coordination in terms of quality, safety & construction schedule to resolve site issues

- Graduate of Bachelor Degree of Civil or Architecture Engineer
- 10 years of experience in civil work for substation construction project
- Fluent in English (Speaking / Writing)
- Intermediate skill in MS office, AutoCad, MS Project
- Preferred Myanmar Civil / BLDG knowledge and Practice
