Job Description

- Create a detailed work plan (i.e., GANTT chart), identifying and sequencing the activities needed to successfully complete the project
-Source and compare different quotations and prices from a range of suppliers in Myanmar and abroad
-Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources across activities
-Review the project schedule with senior management; revise the schedule as required
-Support senior management in negotiating the quotations to obtain the best value for money
-Act proactively to inform and adjust time and resources when facing unforeseen challenges
-Recruit, interview and select required crews with appropriate skills for the project activities
-Manage crews according to the established policies and practices of the organization on a day-to-day basis
-Execute the project according to the project plan

-Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary
-Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders

-Ensure that all financial records for the project are up-to-date and liaise with the finance department
-Follow through diligently to ensure projects are done based on specifications given by stakeholders
