Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To achieve the monthly sales target within the assigned territory.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Responsible for visiting our Distributors within the assigned territories on a daily basis to support their needs.
• Responsible to meet the monthly/weekly targets assigned by the management.
• Visit dealer’s outlets to ensure all sales and operations systems are up, POS (Point of Sales) materials are displayed adequately, etc.
• Help solve Distributors operation issues, incentive discrepancies, aging and customer’s complaint.
• Responsible to prepare and submit weekly sales report to the Manager in a timely manner.
• Train and educate Dealers on new products, promotions roadshows, and ground activities.

 

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University Graduate
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in FMCG and telecommunications-related industries
• Ability to use MS Office 2000 particularly Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot, and Email
• Good Communications in both English and Myanmar

Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role is responsible for contributing in the planning of Circuit Core Network including traditional CS, IMS (VoLTE) and VAS network. This includes capacity planning, optimization and Innovation.

 

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • In-depth analysis of Circuit Core system capacities, growth and system dimensioning.
  • Relevant knowledge or hand on experience on VoLTE(IMS) network
  • Execution of all upgrade and expansion projects and activities whenever needed.
  • Follow technology trends and ensure proper planning that fit business needs
  • Support other teams in CORE & VAS through cascading the strategy, business plans, and vision
  • Leading the delivery and management of Circuit Core Network expansion and upgrade projects
  • Lead the delivery and management of all Proof-of-Concepts for new technologies for Circuit Core Network.
  • To ensure proper planning and alignment on priorities with all business units.
  • Ensure timely monitoring and management of KPIs in order to meet defined targets, and manage timely reporting of KPIs to the Planning Sr. Manager
  • Support Manager in annual operational plans and budgets for own area and ensure its effective level of execution.

 

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Telecom engineering (BSc in Computer Science , BE (IT) or BE (EC)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in telecom industry
  • Strong experience in IT and CT Technologies and operations
  • Fluency in English and Myanmar Language both spoken and written is mandatory
  • Excellent communications, presentation and analytical skill
