Job Description

• Project- Based Staff
• Planning and management for the project (mainly for Architecture/ID Work)
• Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans.
• Schedule with suppliers and sub-contractors on site.
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance for Contractor works and approved materials for Construction at site
• Coordinate with other professionals, such as consultants, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project schedule on time/and deliver high quality of finishing Architecture/Interior Design works.
• Preparing the Acceptance Criteria/Check List for Architecture/ID Work in accordance with Project needs
• Inspect construction work on site for Architecture/Interior Design works by contractors/sub-contractors to ensure its adherence to the design/construction plans.
• Issuing the Defect List to the contractors/sub-contractors
• Report to Senior Project Manager or Project Director when needed.
• Do ad-hoc works when necessary.

Job Requirements

More than 7-year Experience in Architecture/Interior Design Construction Work

Experience working under ID Contractor Company as Chief Engineer

Job Description

•    Check and Plan the EOT Date & schedule of the Project
•    Every day once attend the site technical coordination meeting
•    Updating the Drawing depends on site condition
•    Mock up unit Preparation and execution
•    Checking the Workmanship and material Quality as per approved make and standard work for the Right quality and standard work
•    Daily & Weekly work Progress Report Preparation and Keep the Record
•    Preparing the Monthly work Progress Report for Claim with Measurements Monthly tools inspection check list Preparation and checking
•    Preparation of Project Report for correct and Timely information for the Progress of work
•    Responsible to do surveys including site measurements
•    Responsible for highlighting foreseen Problem & Delays in advance escalating to the Site Manager/Construction Manager/Project Manager.
•    Client communication and correspondence.
•    Quality Assurance    
•    Coordination with workers
•    Manpower Controlling and solve the Problem, case of any electrical accident
 

Requirements
 

•    Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
•    Experience of minimum four (4) years in Power/Substation
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Auto CAD   

•    Good English skill and Word, Excel and PPT to be prerequisite

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in cement sales and marketing or similar responsibilities.
• Good understanding of structural engineering, construction processes, and concrete technology.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Burmese, including professional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Possess good computer skills, in particular, MS Office. SAP is a plus.
