Job Description

- Executive Maintenance Engineer (Myanmar Fire Protection Co., Ltd)
-
-To prepare maintenance cost and budget.
-Assist for setting maintenance plan in line with the company objectives and take action plan by scheduling weekly/monthly to achieve them.
-Assist for designing for maintenance standard and inspection forms.
-To learn about new & update technology that related with fire protection by communicating with international
-Collecting of maintenance data (website, industrial directory, media, etc.)
-Collecting of market information
-Researching of maintenance market price and conditions.
-Persuade customers to accept maintenance contracts,
-Scheduling for on-site testing & commissioning of project (before handover)
-Technical support to customers for their requirements of fire protection system (Fire alarm, Fire Fighting and Gas Suppression system)
-Perform in calculating of gas suppression system volume, panel, etc.
-Prepare for D.LP maintenance and contract maintenance
-Coordination with consultant, main contractors, sub-contractors and other parties.
-Controlling maintenance costs and budget.
-Provide training program and orientation to customers
-Check and manage the maintenance project’s processes & procedures within progress
-Leading to the team members effective and efficiently of maintenance works
-Responsible for site safety, HSE, PPE for maintenance projects
-To prepare weekly and monthly maintenance activities/work conditions report.
-Maintaining the maintenance project’s data records (documentations, photos, etc.)
-Maintain and follow up the company rule & regulation for onsite.
-To develop the maintenance market to award new and existing system maintenance projects and cooperate with Sales and Marketing Department

Job Responsibility

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-7 years above of solid experience in fire protection system/ fire alarm/ firefighting system service and maintenance, and repair of alarm/ firefighting equipment’s and devices.
-Preferable driving skill and valid driving license
-Good in written and oral communication skill in English.
-Good computer skill (Microsoft office, Auto CAD)

-Produce Net Requirement to make production plan, manage production with factory to ensure FG stock availability as per demand forecast & take proper actions to meet demand changes.
